Saunders Law Partnership have

been invited to challenge the judgement of the General Medical Council’s

Interim Orders Panel (IOP) with a view to restoring Dr Sarah Myhill’s

prescribing rights and removing the conditions that have been imposed on

her medical licence to practice. Dr Myhill said: “The judgement of the

IOP was based on no charges, no evidence and no case. The IOP response

was irrational and not evidence based. The sanctions are completely out

of proportion to the allegations made.” Dr Myhill’s daughter on

behalf of the family, Ruth Myhill, said: “We are setting up a Fighting
