Guest guest
In light of the latest environmental disaster, being the river of oil about to engulf and destroy the east coast of USA , it is time for a reckoning. I would hope that this message is circulated far and wide, and that someone can contact David J. Kappos, Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Director of the United States Patent and Trademark Office. An insider has reported that the US patents office is sitting on over 4000, yes four thousand, patents related to free energy. If these patents were made publicly available, we could very soon rid the earth of the need for filthy oil, and disasters like the present one would never recur. If as many people as possible publicise this small secret, and lobby for the release of Patents, we still have a chance of maintaining human life on this planet. Best regards David. Details are available in Joel Garbon's and Jeane Manning's book " Breakthrough Power: How Quantum-leap New Energy Inventions Can Transform Our World " and Brian O'Leary's " The Energy Solution Revolution "
Guest guest
The Patent Office holds the publicly viewable records of what is patented, what is special about it, etc. so newer inventors can't claim to be inventing something already patented or infringe on someone's recorded patent. The Patent Office itself has no decision making on what the inventor does with their patent, or any duty to " categorize " them other than roughly .. i.e., " free energy " does not necessarily translate to free use of whatever ideas are patented to provide free energy. The Patent Office does have the authority to make sure that exact duplicates are not repatented .. otherwise it is akin to the books in the library and what uses are made of them. If I " infringe " on a copyright and use a significant amount of another's work and claim it as my own, that may be enforced against me .. but it's not the library with the book that would do that ... it would be the author. We can certainly use whatever ideas are " available " even if we need to pay their inventor for the use.
