My mother used to say that juice of white onion and honey mixed in equal quantities stops the cataract. I am myself putting eyedrops that have these two plus, lime juice and ginger juice. i get these readymade eye drop from Swami Ramdev's pharmacy. My 96 year old mother-in-law puts an eye drop called i-tone and she hasn't had cataract.

I also do some eye exercises.

His shops are in alll major cities of India and I think he shouls have his facilities in USA and UK. jane I wouldn't be able to do it as I am leaving for Italy and Dubai wouldn't be back till end of the month so I will give you two contacts fron his Ashram pls write to the and ask for his shops in the cities you or any one wants.
