This another problem with our government process - what I call homogenized legislation.. There should not be a complex of issues in the same bill. This just leads to confusion of the legislative process and addition of fat (pork) to the bills passed. Each bill must be on a separate issue unto itself. If the Federal gov can't handle this let them let them try a full time job in industry---

The American public is becoming fed up with Ñ‚ÐЬsneakÑ‚ÐЭ provisions tacked onto largely unrelated bills that are likely to pass. A glaring recent example was tacking onto the Healthcare bill a complete change to student loans. Often the Ñ‚ÐЬsneakÑ‚ÐЭ provision is so buried that hardly anyone is aware of it.http://worldvitaminsonline.wordpress.com/2010/04/29/congressman-waxman-slips-obscure-anti-supplement-measure-into-wall-st-%E2%80%9Creform%E2%80%9D-bill-passed-by-the-house-please-take-action-to-prevent-same-thing-happening-in-the-senate/
