I have very marked vertical ridges in my thumb nails only and i remember

both my mother and her mother had the same - I felt it was due to reduced

circulation in the thumb bases due to arthritic changes, the only thing that

has ever noticeably improved my nails, thumbs included, was Hyaluronic Acid.

The condition reverted when i stopped taking HA.

These are the homeopathic remedies offered in Boericke's Homeopathic Mat

Med: Alum., Ananth.; Ant.Crud.; Arsenicum; Causticum; Diosc.; Fluor.Ac.;

Graph.; Merc.; Nat.Mur.; Sabad.; Sec.; Senec.; Sep.; Sil.; Thuya.; X-ray.

" Trophic changes " (whatever that is) RADIUM!!!

I have taken the combination of Causticum & Graphites previously but no

noticeable changes (Graphite because I always chewed on pencils as an art

student), but if you add in THuja (vaccines),

NatMur (salt) Arsenicum & Aluminium (chemtrails & Aluminium cooking ware in

the past ) then there may well be a few environmental issues around now

which will increase the prevalence of this problem in the population!!

Best,

Jane

Vertical Nail Split

I've had vertical nail ridges, but thought nothing of it. My doctor said it

was part of aging. I'm 62, I don't consider myself as old.

Last night my thumb ridge split right down the middle.

Is there any remedy, other then bandaid's? My other fingers are developing

verticle ridges too. My toenails have horizonal ridges, not all toes but

some. Cause? remedy?

Thank you,

Magnolia

These are great to know about. It's good to get a constitutional remedy chosen

to fit the overall person so that everything connected with it indeed heals :)
