Fresh coconut water (from young coconuts) dropped into the eyes and then a warm cloth held over them for 10 minutes is one cure noted by some sufferers, and Calc Fluor 6x is a long term solution which is recommended by homeopathic materia medicas. Thanks Jane and all other members who responded to my message. I do not use canola oil at all. I only use butter or extra virgin olive oil and sometimes palm oil.

Having a cataract at my age is very scary indeed but I will try different therapies to avoid surgery. The ophthalmologist told me that it needs like 10 years to become ripe. I hope I get rid of it very soon.
