This is a great recipe!

 

Green Smoothies -

VitaMix vs. Blendtec

Vitamix you have to stay and do the adjustments manual as it is

blending , Blendtec you set it and walk away. it does the adjustments

in speed automatic and it will stop when it is finished! Blendtec does

have a larger motor, all in all they are great blenders and They are

now the same price.
