I live in a northern suburb of Chicago and became interested in EOs while exploring alternative modalities to use with one of my Rottweilers (Brandy) who has a lot of health problems. Training and showing my dogs is a huge part of my life, now that the kids are grown and gone. (Men get the sports car and the younger woman, I'll settle for another puppy.) Of course, all of this eventually spills over to my own life and well- being. My research has been rewarded a hundred fold, as Brandy (5 years old) became the 14th Rottweiler to achieve the Champion Tracker title (the 99th dog of any breed overall). (My new vanity licence plate will be CH TKR 99.)I'm really proud of her. I also make my own soap, a CP veggie oil recipe. My friends love it, so do the dogs. I'm interested in the differences between oils, therapeutic and not. I have run into different opinions on this subject, but no clear way to know the difference when ordering oils. That's probably all you'll ever hear from me. I'm a much better lurker than participant. Also, I have found that the more I know, the less I know! I am an RN, but now practice homeopathy. I live in WA state, but do phone consults all over the world. I also teach and work on email lists on the dangers of vaccines in a MAJOR way (studying this issue for nearly 30 years now. Thank you for your diligence in sending out good info we can all use. I have a friend who puts out 3 lists on different subjects and I know how busy she is ALWAYS.
