Guest guest
They have just passed a bill that influences our lives as much as the Constitution does. Many of those who signed it (and some who didn't) are still debating over what the meaning of the word "it" means. Yet they signed a bill they probably haven't read that contains millions of complex words. Many will think this is a 'sour grapes' message but it is not. The only thought I am sure of at this juncture is, "How can they pass a bill that influences our lives so completely on just a bare majority?" Something stinks in Washington! Guest guest
You just spoke for what everyone who is not a politician would say. Politics in washington are curopted and we all know it. I think that everyone who voted for this would have to go on the same payscale as those of us on medicare including the president and see what they can actually offered. A person on medicare who has part A and B pay 110.00 out of there check and if they have part D heaven help them if they have alot of medicine and reach the gap 7 months into the year. The last 5 months of the year they still have to pay the part D premium with no more benefit plus anywhere from 600 dollars or more mine would be around 800 dollars I have to take 24 pills a day then part D premium would put it around a thousand dollars a month leaving me with around 350 dollars to pay bills. So let the president and congress try to make it on this amount, they spend more than this for evening out. --- On Tue, 3/23/10, Tony De Angelis <tntstuart wrote: Tony De Angelis <tntstuart Health Care Reform"Jokes group" <over21jokes >, "Health & Healing" , "ZCongressman Tom Rooney" <tom.rooneyTuesday, March 23, 2010, 6:48 PM They have just passed a bill that influences our lives as much as the Constitution does.
