Lecithin

I've heard that soy lecithin is not good for you but there is a non-soy type

available. Any opinions on that? Brand names? I have a neurological issue and

could use lecithin in my diet.

I don't like most soy products but don't think soy lecithin presents much of a problem if it is a non-GMO/organic product. Egg yolk lecithin is available but it is very pricey and much better in many repects than the soy version.

NOW brand also sells a NON-GMO soy lecithin

which I just ordered.
