Hi All,

I am new to this group but I am asking I you will help me and I am sure that it

will help some of you. I am asking that you sign the petition that I am posting

a link to. In a nut shell this amentment will allow people and the families of

people who have died because of these products the right to recieve damages.

There are several manufacturers of medical who have released products for FDA

approval knowing that there would be problems but managed to get the approval

anyway. With the FDA approval it makes it hard if not impossible to hold them
