Dear Margaret,

I personally would never use Truvia. Stevia is safe in pure

form. Coke said they heard the public and were going to put a

Stevia sweetener in pop. Truvia is made by Cargill. Cargill also

makes Erythritol which is a sugar alcohol.

Former FDA Investigator Arthur Evangelista did an investigation on

Truvia. Here are his findings:

gation.php

Also, today people are having problems with

it: http://www.mpwhi.com/health_problems_and_truvia.htm

You have a reference to the kosher certification. First know that

anyone can buy a kosher certification as long as you have the

money. On the other hand, there is a kosher certification that is

not for sale. It has to be given by the Chief Rabbi of Jerusalem who

did, indeed, come to the US and grant this certification to Just Like

sugar. You will see it attached.

As to soy, run from it. It has glutamate. There are endless

articles on its danger on the Internet. Dr. Russell Blaylock has

written many. It's in his book, Health and Nutrition Secrets To Save

Your Life, www.russellblaylockmd.com You can go to www.mpwhi.com,

and scroll down to Aspartame Information List on the banners and

. That way you will get my emails.

All my best,

Betty
