Guest guest
Loss of hormones equals loss of hair for most of us. Get the basic three tested (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone) and correct the imbalances in as natural way as you can. Next, have youir thyroid checked with a full panel that includes T4, FreeT3 and T3 uptake. Introduce 10,000 IU of vitamin A and 4000 Iu of vitamin D into your regimen. Exercise at least 20 minutes per day - walking is Okay if you breathe hard doing it and if it causes some perspiration.--- On Tue, 3/2/10, Gracie Becker <grabec wrote: Gracie Becker <grabec older women and hair loss Date: Tuesday, March 2, 2010, 11:06 PM Any help for hair thinning for older woman? Guest guest
Often hair thinning at any age has to do with lack of nutrients and trace minerals. Some well-chosen homeopathic cell salts and AFA algae can help a great deal. Guest guest
I hear you. Something that has worked for me: 4-Maxigro hair condition with marine collagen is a blend of organic oils also. This combination has left my hair in better health with results. I buy this on EBay. MARY CRAWFORD
