This is a distorted view of what he said or meant ... out of context of overall evidence of his life and purpose.

For instance, while I do not believe vaccines are the way to good health, (actually believe the opposite), I know many good people, scientists, doctors, with good intentions, (but deluded in my opinion) do believe that vaccines are "the way" to health. Another good intention talking about bringing populations down is to do what we can to affirm and support the findings that the more women and girls are healthy, empowered and educated, the less children each of those women will bear on average.

 

Lets go toward the light and seeing that which unites us as humans instead of trying to find nefarious intentions and acting paranoid taking things out of context, playing politics.

As for who he was talking to, it was the philanthropy group TED, (note the banner in the background). If you go to their website you can see their yearly agenda for speakers. Here is the URL I found without any problem, which includes a short summary of his appearance and when.

I became first aware of this several months ago when I was sent one hell of a compliment from a relative who I think really at times thinks I'm a bit "far out" perhaps, when she excitedly told me to listen to this great brain scientist (woman) who had a stroke and was & is now able to shed light on exactly what happened with and to her and through her recovery ... her connectedness to the "unity" of right/left brain consciousness and all-world consciousness. She talks about that which is in the feeling realm of connectness of humankind as opposed to the strictly analytical as she had previously been.

I will say this ... I am more skeptical of people who try to separate, divide, insult, or even just paranoid, than I am of those, like this organization which tries to present the best of humankind!!

As an old grandmother and retired attorney .. I have seen the results too often of hatred, resentments, jealousies, political propaganda etc. dividing people as opposed to reconciliation of differences, looking and attributing good to people. I'de rather hand out cookies to the neighborhood "bullies" and other kids trying to get the whole block on one "side" than to raise h... trying to reform or punish the bully in hopes of bringing out the best .. remember Dale Carnegie's great advice? "Give the dog a good name" and he will be a better dog trying to live up to it (latter part paraphrased as exact quote escapes me).
