A couple of comments on gluten - many of these symptoms became evident after a company had it made law to rise dough in 2 - 3 hours instead of overnight as it used to be, in otherwords the gluten was no longer the same and people were far more allergic to it than previously and secondly a friend cured her endometriosis by eliminating gluten from her diet.
