Guest guest
Be careful of refined/unwhole stevia extracts (liquids, white powders). This is one of the things we talked about in my nutrition class last quarter. It's great to use whole stevia leaf powder (which is green), but the extracts are not so good. That said, whole stevia rocks! > Stevia is not only not bad for you, it is actively good! It supports the pancreas, and is a good anti-fungal as well. >
Guest guest
I use Stevia and I like it. Sometimes I use Splenda. I guess you have to know your system.
