MSM

(methyl-sulfonyl-methane)

What is MSM?

What Does MSM offer the Body

Benefits

of MSM

* Often significant

relief of pain and stiffness with arthritis – Rheumatoid and

Osteoarthritis

* Reduces swelling and inflammation in the back, joints and muscles

* Joint cartilage – enhances structural integrity

* Necessary for the formation of connective tissue to maintain joint

flexibility and elasticity

* Improves circulation– replaces old cells with new healthy cells

* Reduces scar tissue

* Breaks up calcium deposits along with the use of magnesium powder

* Improves the skin, hair and nails

Personally for most of my adult life,

I’ve had mild joint pain and aches along the bones of my spine. This

started in my 30’s and I just accepted the aches as part of my life. For

20 years my diet was not high quality (actually it was a lot of the standard

American dead diet)… so I had not nourished the cells and hence the body

reflected the nutritional deficiencies.

Not long ago, my intuition told me to add MSM

powder to my regime. I had no expectations, for I was already using a number of

products to maintain my good health every day.

I started with 1 tsp of MSM 2 times a day. I

began to notice a significant reduction in the stiffness and aching of my hips

and back within about 2 weeks. While watching TV late one night, I realized

that my back did not have the usual ache – my back always had a chronic

mild ache – and the pain was completely gone. In the coming weeks, when I

was out doing a little hiking, I noticed my hips, which would usually start

aching after about 30 minutes, were not hurting at all, so I continued hiking

for another hour or so.

I am always skeptical when adding products to

my protocol for maintaining my health… But I have found that it takes

multiple products to give my body what it needs to stay well, and adding the

right kind of MSM has been a blessing.

What is

MSM?

MSM stands for methyl-sulfonyl-methane, which

is sulfur. MSM is an organic white sulfur powder, which comes from the ocean

and is water soluble. IT IS A FOOD found in plants, meats, dairy products and

vegetation. It is the third largest nutrient found in your body.

Arthritis,

Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoarthrits

With arthritis, there is pain, swelling and stiffness and deformity of one or

more joints i.e. the knees, writs, elbows, fingers toes, hips and shoulders, as

well as the joints between the bones of the spine.

In rheumatoid arthritis the synovial membranes surrounding the lubricating fluid in the

joints degenerate. The cartilage and tissues in and around the joints and often

the bone surfaces are destroyed. The body replaces the damaged tissue with scar

tissue, causing the spaces to fuse together.

Osteoarthritis is a degenerative joint disease. It involves deterioration of the

cartilage at the ends of the bones. Smooth surfaces of cartilage become rough,

resulting in friction. The tendons, ligaments, and muscles holding the joint

together weaken, and the joint itself becomes deformed, painful and stiff.

With any of the 3 above mentioned health

issues, adding MSM can improve the joint flexibility, reduce stiffness,

swelling and pain, improve circulation and cell vitality.

Other

Suggestions ~

Many people are aware of the benefits of

taking chondroitin and glucosamine for arthritis relief, which you can also

purchase from us as Joint Formula.

Stem cell

Enhancer - This natural

botanical goes to the bone marrow triggering it to release 3 to 4 million stem

cells into circulation with just two capsules. Stem cells seek out tissue in

the body needing repair – does not matter if it is bone, cartilage,

muscle, nerve, brain cell, liver, skin – stem cells attach, each

multiplying between 2 to 3000 times and becomes that tissue. Also known as stem

cell enhancer/stem cell nutrition – more

info.

Suggested

Daily MSM Powder Dosage

How much MSM to use is a personal choice. It

tastes a little bitter, but it is not strong. We suggest you do not use

synthetically produced MSM.

The organic sulfur we use and offer on our

shopping cart is very well absorbed. The precise dosage is not real critical, since

MSM is a macro mineral food.

Personally I started with 1 tsp 2x per day for

about 2 months and then reduced to 3/4 teaspoon 2 times a day, which is my

maintenance dosage.

Consider starting with 1/4 teaspoon of

Rich’s MSM powder twice a day. Increase until you feel the difference. We

cannot tell you exactly how much your body requires, yet many find they need

6000 to 8000mgs per day.

Take with meals or your favorite juice. For best results take with Vitamin C.

For optimum results, use in conjunction with a diet high in fresh fruits and

vegetables.
