Does she drink enough water just that may help her.

Taking deep rythmic breaths relieve many a symptoms because enough oxygen goes in. Just plain deep breathing but one should not feel tired doing that.

Eating less food 75% of the stomach capacity. Chewing the food very well, is absolutely essential. It should be chewed down to the consistency of thick soup, where every bit is broken down. It is in the mouth that major digestion takes place. If it is not pre digested here then it just goes and rots in the stomach that is why we have big bellies. because the next food further goes down the same way and further rots. This causes all the ailments.

This state can be many things. If it is indeed low iron she can try Ferrum

Phosphoricum 6X(homeopathic) daily for a month and see. This would help low

iron and help her absorb more from her food.

Diet is another simple thing to look at - eating non-organic, processed,

nutritionally depleted food will certainly catch up with you.
