Here is an interesting testimonial from a young lady. She was already on

cooked meat paleo diet and wishes to reach higher levels of health she

is trying raw meat paleo diet. The good news is that on a cooked paleo

diet she already reached pretty good health improvements.

“… about 2 years ago I was about *70 lbs over weight*, vegan, had tons

of adult acne, and assumed that I had been practicing the healthiest

lifestyle possible. I should also mention that I was diagnosed at a very

early age with *childhood diabetes* and had assumed that this would be

something that I would carry around for life. A friend of mine who was

at the time was a crossfit instructor introduced me to paleo nutrition

and Zone dieting. *Within 2 months I dropped nearly 20 lbs and I stopped

taking all diabetes medication.*”

Thanks for the story. I wonder if it's something she has to stay on to sustain

the 'cure'. That term is just so often misused when something helps as long as

that protocol or product is continued, but the ailment returns once

stopped....which is not a cure. Just curious. Certainly some things can jump

start a person out of a bad rut, but then the permanent solution is vital to

follow with.

This IS the permanent solution:

Going back to the original food specification of humans. Aka Paleo Diet. High

Fat Low Carb.

Especially adults who have stopped growing need to tone down on carbs. Only

growing people and athletes on athletic events or gym days are supposed to be

eating larger quantities of carbs

The " food pyramid " is absolutely and totally wrong.

grains like rice, wheat, oats, potatoes, corn and all their derivative products

or NOT original human foods. The forcing down the throats of people of these

food stuffs is absolutely wrong. These are not designed to be consumed by

humans as staple food.

Know more about the original diet of humans at www.rawpaleodiet.com

Best wishes,

Edwin
