You might also want to check your gallbladder energy. You have a few meridians that run through the neck/shoulder region. Also, Trap muscles are associated with kidney. So, it would be good if you could fine someone who does muscle reflex testing and see what energies are off or even the balancing of the associated organs or cleansing also. I am a health Kinesiologist and do this kind of therapy all the time. You just need to fine out what the body is trying to tell you.

Take care, Merry OmMerry

Maybe someone can help me.

Most of the time my neck and shoulder muscles are stiff and a bit painful (dull

pain both sides) when I move my head.

I have the impression that when I am having nausea it is even worse.

Does it sound a bell?

Any suggestions?

Many thanks in advance,

Yannic

A Swiss man devised a system to align the axis and the atlas, (these are out

of alignment by 23 degrees in all vertebral planetary creatures and also the

planet itself) this usually resolves all neck problems

Some times it may not be as sinister as it every one is saying. It could be that the bedding is not right. I find my mattress giving me this trouble and every morning I resolve to start sleeping on the carpet by sleep time I forget. Yoga can help. Simple stretches will do. My husband used to get it often and he used to apply iodex, a muscle relaxant and get better.
