Where did you get this?

My understanding is that the original date for the implementation of

Codex was the 31 of this month [this is tomorrow], but it was

postponed until the Codex bureaucrats reconvene at some point this year.

I don't believe this 7-day deadline, I'm fairly sure it won't happen

so soon, which is why nobody is talking about it.
