The 21st century Noah’s Ark, called a Lilypad, would house 50,000 “climate refugees”.The island would include a lake, mountains and shops, and drift on ocean currents.Its designer, Belgian Vincent Callebaut, said: “It creates a harmonious coexistence of humans and nature.”
