Stop Dutch government support for (ir)responsible GM soy

Thank you very much for signing the petition to WWF and

Solidaridad to stop their support for 'responsible' toxic GM soy. It is now

quite clear that this soy never will be responsible. We promised to inform you

on the results and the next step. You will find this information in our

new english newsletter in

the link below. We have also started a new petition, together with www.rainforest-rescue.org, the

Argentinian GRR and lasojamata. The Dutch government is playing an active

role to have GMO crops accepted and introduced to Europe.

Part of this strategy is the political and financial support for

the Round Table on Resposible Soy (RTRS) This platform of mostly

industry and big producers has set up a very weak standard that gives GM

Roundup Ready soy a 'responsible' label. The vast monocultures of this crop are

creating huge problems.
