Try to think positive thoughts

 

Stop worrying about the things that you cannot change.

 

Find positive people and learn from them.

 

When you feel down, Do something that makes you feel good.

 

Read books and listen to tapes about other people who changed the lives by thinking positively.

 

Reduce your reliance on artificial relaxants.

 

Learn to love yourself.

 

Set achievable goals

 

Live in the present you can’t change the past and tomorrow never comes.

 

Try to give something of yourself to someone else everyday -- your time, your love and a helping hand.
