As you can see this person is sending deceptive, scam and fishing gmail

recipients, and impersonating an official from Google which is illegal

I have forward his email to spam

I have forward unwanted or deceptive spam to the FTC, send it to spam,

and to be sure I have include the full email header. I did that below.
