Affirmations for Emotional Balance:

I treat all my feelings with love, kindness, and respect.

Letting go of worries and fears makes me fully alive. It is easy for me to remain peaceful and confident. I bless all the experiences and all the persons who have been part of my life and affected me. I am learning to see love at the core of all things.
