Imagine also that someone would want to block that proof of innocense. I am not even one bit surprised with John Roberts. I am no judge but if he is right it needs to be cahnged. At the time it was no included as we did not even have the technology. This man has been in prison if I calculated it close to 15 years, and probably innoscent. No one should sleep very well even knowing that someone is potentially being denied a right to prove innocence. I needs to be changed immediately . We also need to do at least as well as Iran and get it done. I admire the Iranian people that they had the guts to protest. I do believe Ahmedenejahd won. Guest guest
Convicts may not have Consitutional rights to DNA testing. I don't wish to argue this point since every inmate might want to be tested just out of spite. This would be costly. However, if an inmate truly believes himself to be provably innocent through a DNA test, the inmate could offer to pay for the test from his own funds. The cost for this would only be in the 100 to 300 dollar range.. There is nothing in the Constitution that makes it illegal for any person to buy the necessary medical tests for his well-being. Every loop has a hole in it. --- On Fri, 6/19/09, kerley983 <kerley983 wrote: kerley983 <kerley983 imagine how this would feel if you were innoscent Date: Friday, June 19, 2009, 12:30 PM Here we have the Bush Legacy along with the torture.
