The list isn't complete though. Others I've found are below the blue list. Note: Czars were absolute rulers in Russia. In our modern civic life, the word has been used to indicate a person who exercises great authority or power. Does that description fit any of the Obama designees? Not to be disrespectful, but wouldn't the word "flunky", more accurately describe the status of this dreadful bunch. Actually his brazen "czaring" of our Government, is nothing less than a national scandal and disgrace on several levels. The Office of the President is not Constitutionally or statutorily authorized to assemble, "a government within the Government". A "government" that's unchecked, and beyond the reach of normal oversight and accountability. These people are operating in secret, and subject only to the scrutiny of Obama, and Rahm Emanuel. Imagine if George W. Bush had done such a thing? What would the media have to say [scream] about that? What would Congress and the Democrat Party have to say about a Republican's unprecedented assembling of a extraordinary, political issues machine within the Executive Branch, under the direction of Karl Rove? Does anyone think this Obama could have been elected, if during the campaign he announced that he would appoint dozens of unvetted, unaccountable, extra-Constitutional "czars" to enormously expand the size and power of the Office of the President? These include AfPak Special Envoy Middle East Peace Envoy Sudan Special Envoy Special Envoy for Persian Gulf and Southeast Asia There are others who are Czars, but called something else: Green Jobs sort of Czar AIDS equivalent of Czar Performance Czar Thus our wise, super confident, governing dynamo; the exalted Czar of Czars; has found it necessary to prop up his dismal Administration, with 27 unauthorized offices, and their assembled staffs. They will do nothing to shore-up the stunning incompetence of the "regular government" of clowns, hacks, tax-cheats, perverts, and navel-gazers, that he's so clumsily assembled. This while being "handicapped" by the vetting and Congressional approval procedures required by law. You ever try to put a team of honest Democrats together, with no obligations to a parole officer, and who are not on a sexual predator list somewhere? Barack knows how tough this can be. Hiring "czars" is a whole lot easier. Incidentally in 400 years of Russian rule, the Romanov family only put 18 Czars on the throne. So Barack's really running at a very impressive rate. Maybe we've had a Drug Czar before, an occasional "czar" for this or that, as well as a few Special Envoys. This massive collection of political "cats and dogs" though, are purely Obama political creations. No Congressional vetting; no salary or budgeting disclosures; no definition of what they will really do. Just the soaring oratory of our "banana republic's" all-knowing, cranky "generalissimo", and his loyal lieutenants. Actually as mentioned above, we do know what these people will do. They will do the political bidding of "el jefe", and little else. Let's also remember here, that all of these worthless czars allegedly report directly to the President. That is, as opposed to reporting to the authorized director, or Secretary of the Government Dept. that by law should be carrying out, whatever task the "czar" has been assigned. In addition to these unauthorized "offices", there are 15 Cabinet level Department heads [secretaries, etc.], and 6 other positions that Obama has elevated to Cabinet level. This would mean that our President, the "smartest-man-in-the-whole-wide-world", has a comic-opera cast of 48 "direct reports". And to "enhance" that managerial idiocy, he also spends most of his time, not in managing them and their tasks. No, instead he's out spending endless hours at the TelePrompTer spinning those tall tales about the wonders of Barack, and all that surrounds him. And when he's not doing that, we can be sure that he's busy plotting political strategies and thuggery, which have nothing to do with the survival of this Country. "Who's running the store", you ask? Have you checked the store lately? There's your answer. Just take a look at what Obama, and his "crack team" have already done for our Government, our economy, our security, our global standing, fiscal responsibility, and our freedom? Pretty impressive.... no? He's got us cranking along like???? Well, maybe,,, a larger scale Romania, in the "good old days". Something like that. OK, that's not fair. Barack and Michelle are currently more appealing than Romania's bloody Ceaucescus, Nicolai and Elena. But the Obamas have time,,,, far too much time.
