Now I only use high quality powdered clays like Pascalite, Living Clay or Pyroclay, and hydrate them myself, as these clays are minimally processed, so they're much closer to the way nature made them with most or all of their healing qualities intact. Another thing to consider is that clay has powerful drawing and adsorptive qualities, particularly once it comes into contact with water and becomes hydrated. This means that just as it will pull toxins from your body into itself, clay also has the potential pull anything else it comes in contact with into itself. So if you have a plastic bottle with liquid bentonite inside it, the clay will constantly be pulling the plastic into itself, and personally, I'd rather not put that into or onto my body. This is why it's important to always use non-reactive, non-metallic utensils and storage containers for clay, such as glass or food safe ceramics. Just my 2 cents, but then again, I've become pretty fussy about the purity of the products I use in and on my body anymore. Elan
