Guest guest
Thank, Jane and Josephine, for your concern and healing tips, which I do appreciate.Just in case you might find it useful: it started with an abscess, which didn't panick me, as I have used Hepar Sulfur before with great results [6C will help open and drain the abscess, 30C will call upon the immune system to absorb and eliminate it. In the mouth, I opt for 30C]. It did work, but then the infection came back about a week later and I felt very tired, so I knew it was in fact a systemic problem [low immune system? Liver overload?]. I monitored my pH for a few days, it was quite acidic, so I went for diet: Vegetable broth and boiled alkaline-forming vegetables [leeks, carrots, potatoes, turnips, onions mostly]. My pH went up for sure, but I was still very tired, so last weekend I went for a fast, followed by Pyrogenium 30C.Saw the dentist this morning, the infection is totally gone. I'm still somewhat tired but I think that my liver [and my organism in general] have worked so much that they do need a reprieve! So, I'll give them a few days to recoup on their own with just an alkaline-forming diet, followed by more constitutional remedies [Thuja and Silicea]. Sorry to hear you have a sprained ankle, Jane! The best help I know for it [but I only sprained my ankle once] has been acupuncture, to which now I'd add BioAstin [astaxanthin]. I hope it'll recover soon! And Josephine, you are right, I'll probably have to get this tooth pulled out at some point, but I'm not ready for it, so meanwhile it'll be a strict diet [without coffee at all, bummer!], pH monitoring and at the first sign of infection, the process that worked out for me this time. With my thanks and appreciation again, and my very best wishes to us all,Viviane=========== =====In accordance with Title 17 U.S.C. Guest guest
Hey well done at eliminating the abscess! I have since been studying up on Hepar which is not a remedy I have used that much other than for acne in young men, so that was quite a revelation. The ankle is going fairly well thanks, MSM in water to 2L a day (to drink) and DMSO and Arnica seem to be doing a good job, certainly pain wise if not much improvement yet with the swelling. Also the Epsom's Salts soaks are comforting and double for my husband's problems so we share them. Haven't come across BioAstin - will look that one up - and you know how resting goes with being a woman with a few things to do daily around the house and home! A couple of people on my mailing list have really enjoyed the Dandelion Coffee I sent them (I use the Healtheries product from NZ) so if you are craving your coffee you might find the roasted dandelion root a pleasant alternative (i brew mine like real coffee) and elsewhere they have been talking about pure chocolate sweetened with Stevia for a "lift".
