Guest guest
Hmmmmm, sounds like you need to take more ginko Actually, generally I think it is safe, but if you have blood clotting disorders you should not take any at all as it has anticoagulant properties. Also, if you take ginko, you should not also take ginseng or garlic at the same time. You should not take ginko if you are breastfeeding. Make sure you talk to a herbalist before you start taking ginko - they would know about other problems with ginko, for instance if you are any drugs that may clash with it. The ginko that you buy in capsule form is an extract of the ginko plant, and some people may not be able to tolerate the substances that are found in the extract. It's not a whole food. I generally just go with whole foods, because then there is usually no problems at all. This is a good brain food - www.organicsuperbrainfood.com Carol , " Amber Boggs " <rubyrue wrote: > > H Iall, I kind of think I recall some articles about Ginko Baloba but for the life of me can not find them.
