Guest guest
If a boy about 21yrs old that takes about 6,000mg to 8,000 of D3 daily, with Vit A, how could he be lacking vit D in a blood test? What other foods cause mal absorption of D3? Or does anyone have any other ideas? Myra
Guest guest
First question the validity of the blood test. If you are concerned, recheck it at a lab that does a different vitamin D assay. I personally would not take any vitamin D for at least ten days before retesting and certainly would not take that much vitamin D without a damn good reason.
