chemo radiation does not do what it claims and if people choose not to undergo

this treatment it should be their choice. I have a girlfriend that was

diagnosed with rectal cancer. Oh yes if she takes the chemo she will have a

very good chance of recovery. NOT she has been undergoing chemo radiation

and instead of getting better she now has liver cancer, it is in her lymph

nodes and now to top it all off she has a rapidly growing tumor on her

spine. Which she has had radiation for once again. so sad. People are brain

washed into thinking chemo is the only answer. but she is an adult so who am

I to criticize her choices. Edith

You're not criticizing her choices Edith, you're despairing over the loss of

a friend and seeing her suffer when it isn't really necessary, I sometimes

wonder if they try to finish off these cancer patients to - again - " reduce

national medical costs "

No need to wonder. 50% of all that will be spent on the average person is spent keeping that person alive for the last five days.
