Whereas I would prefer Aconite 30C and Ferr Phos 6x as they would not take longer than a few hours to stop anything nasty from getting as far as being the actual flu - bird or otherwise.

Now everyone will jump on the bandwagon to sell there immune system booster. NO THANKSI will stick with the tried and true system of Pau d Arco. I have used it with great success for over 16 years. The best test....will it stop allergies?

had things heal while the remedy was still in the mouth

First, I'm not convinced there is an outbreak of 'flu' to begin with. More

points toward toxicity...ingested, injected and inhaled - converging to create

weak immune systems plus further assaults in many forms which result in bizarre

illnesses both acute ('epidemic') and chronic.

 

My work focuses on first detoxing and strengthening a person (physically and

emotionally) in order to function well to begin with. Then be prepared with

some items that help when acute ailments arise (normal or otherwise). It's

always best to consult a homeopath in both these arenas. Kits are

various...flu/cold, children's common ailments, first-aid, travel and camping,

etc. Each has 12 remedies with instructions to know which one to use in which

situation/set of symptoms. They're good to have since a homeopath may recommend

them in these situations, and to be empowered in many situations on your own as

needed.

 

The fear factor in these epidemic threats is a tool in pushing one's system over

the edge of the aforementioned not-so-healthy landscape....so the answer is

really raising your whole level of health, not being afraid, and having the

Great to include Ferr Phos in any standard flu kit, and yes Aconite can be in

the picture for some people - I put in in there a long time ago at high potency,

as it has that and flu symptoms. Good choices, to include I agree! Just so far

they are not the ones coming up for the symptoms of this latest issue and in

general there are a good amount of other main flu remedies
