Wouldn't it be easier to just get your nutrients from whole foods - or whole

food supplements if necessary - so you don't have to go through all these

problems of taking too much or too little of anything?

People don't eat the right food, they don't eat what agrees with them, or in

the right combination, and even if they did there are still minerals and

trace elements which boost the immune system and eliminate potential hazards

in the toxins we meet everyday which are not in sufficient quantity in the

soil or in the food we eat. Without a kinesiology type of diagnostic tool I

see it as very difficult to assess what you need, and this changes sometimes

day to day with stresses of everyday life as well as other factors. So as

far as I'm concerned, whatever you take to supplement your daily intake and

ward off disease, you're taking pot luck anyway.

In Australia, most people need a Magnesium supplement, CoQ10 and some way to

alkalinize their bodies, seasonally they may need additional Vit C and some

type of oil, but again, everyone is different. Needs are different, there

are so many factors to consider.

If people were really serious about wellness, than they WOULD eat the right

foods, but most people just want to eat junk and take vitamins/minerals and they

think that's ok.

Actually, everyone's needs are pretty much the same, as our bodies all " work "

the same. We need plant-based digestive enzymes, intestinal support with

probiotics, antioxidants (from whole foods or whole food supplements), and trace

minerals (from whole foods or whole food supplements, not isolated trace

minerals).

If you can't get that stuff from the food you are eating, then you can

supplement with whole food supplements (very different than the

isolated/synthetic junk vitamins most people take).

Getting nutrients from whole foods is always best because they are a 'balance' of nutrients. However, if an imbalance exists it needs to be corrected with specific nutrients to put the body back into balance.

Rather strongly worded Carol

I eat fresh I buy Fresh I cook gently I eat NO JUNK food I have diseased

innards............... I need gentle ways of getting additional minerals and

vitamins into my body. I am financially 'strapped' so buying expensive

supplements is difficult.

I AM serious about wellness.

As I said - your comments are strongly worded......... rather a One Fits all

mentality I think!
