Guest guest
Beware of taking too much of the wrong types of calcium at the wrong time of day. Calcium blocks absorption of zinc, magnesium, strontium, thyroid meds and more and will cause calcifications in the heart if taken along with statin drugs. If you need calcium, take it at bedtime and do not use carbonates. Take other minerals in the AM. The amount of calcium that a body can process is about 500 mg. The advice to take 1500 mg is wrong and dangerous for a great majority of people. To be safe, always take at least an equal amount of magnesium as calcium, but not at the same time.--- On Wed, 4/15/09, food4tot <food4tot wrote: food4tot <food4tot Re: Trucks transporting bird flu?
