baking soda

I tried to use baking soda to adjust my PH levels- but I always end up with a

yeast infection- is it because I am to alkaline(I find hard to believe that I

am, but) or is it pushing this out of my body and I need to give it more time?

and I also get a fungus where my bra touches my back i the summertime- whats up

with that? yeast? I do like my sweets, but have curbed my intake to mostly

stevia sweetened. Can anyone out there help- I am very active- and for the most

part eat good for me things-
