In February 1996, CPSC issued guidelines (pdf) to help prevent children from strangling or getting entangled on the neck and waist drawstrings in upper garments, such as jackets or sweatshirts. Incidents/Injuries: None reported. Description: The recalled children's hooded fleece jackets for ages 6-12 were sold in sizes M through XXL in black, navy, and heather gray royal blue.
