Guest guest
I was just diagnosed with a torn medial meniscus, and I'm facing surgery, which I want to avoid at any cost. I had a 2-hour treatment yesterday on a Rife machine (regeneration frequency). I'm using EO's for pain and also Arnica. Does anyone have any suggestions for me that might help heal this without surgery? Any help is appreciated.
Guest guest
DMSO & Magnesium Oil applied topically twice a day - how are you using the arnica? Orally as in homeopathy? I have used the DMSO & Mag Oil + Thuja Oil (but you would have to keep it away from the homeopathy) as well as Ferr Phos 6x to speed the healing time. It will take a while but if you are not it too much of a hurry just be patient? Also take MSM in water twice a day, building up gradually from a tiny amount to 1/2 teaspoon over a couple of weeks. This is only what I would consider and use for myself if it was my torn meniscus.
