When I was in Maryland, working on that now defunct commission we were going from that village down to Baltimore

and we passed a tank on the road, that was something that I'd never seen before. It had what looked like a massive

radiator on the front of it, that took up all the space from inside the tracks to the bottom of the abbreviated gun barrel, which

appeared to be firmly fixed in place (the only way the barrel could have moved was by moving the whole tank).

My first thought was that it was one of those new electronic weapons systems (the radiator had to be about eight feet high

and maybe ten feet across - perhaps the ugliest piece of tracked armor I'd ever seen - and according to my associate

that highway regularly featured the movement of similar oddities, on a regular basis. In these times, all of us need to pay attention to all the military stuff that is beginning to 'appear' on the highways - across the nation.
