Given that these shills stick like molasses to the industry directives putting, not only their own families, but the whole country in harms way. Not only is our milk but all food is being damaged, see Corrupt To The Core for more. Chris Gupta FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Wednesday, December 10th, 2008 NEWS RELEASE Raw Milk Farmer Activist – Michael Schmidt, from Grey Bruce alleges that over 25 different publicly funded officials as detailed below are involved in a criminal conspiracy in contravention of Section 465.(1) sub D of the Criminal Code of Canada. TORONTO –It appears that Dr. Murray McQuigge, MD, PHD, former Medical Officer of Health and his successor Dr Hazel Lynn chief Medical Officer of Health and her Public Health Inspectors for Grey Owen Sound and Dominic Fortuna Medical Officer of Health for York Region have combined with Leona Dombrowsky, Minister of Agriculture & Food to orchestrate a malicious targeted and unlawful harassment campaign against all small family farmers that produce their own eggs, butter, cheese, yogurts and other dairy products on their own farms using raw milk. McQuigge was involved in the early 90's in a personal vendetta to close down one of Ontario's leading raw milk farm activists Michael Schmidt from Bruce Grey Owen Sound. Due to unlawful activities of Schmidt's lawyer, McQuigge was temporarily successful in closing down Schmidt's farm. Schmidt continued to assert his sovereign rights as a farmer to grow produce and provide his own farm products to anyone he had privately contracted with. In 2006, the above mentioned agencies joined forces in a determined premeditated and malicious campaign to permanently close down and destroy the leading raw milk farmer activist in the province of Ontario. From the highest levels of the Liberal Party of Ontario, Dombrowsky and others have involved Ministry of Health, Ministry of Agriculture and Food, Ministry of Natural Resources and Ministry of Finances, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency and local police forces as well as Grey County and York Region Medical staff in an armed raid with over 25 different publicly funded officials in November 2006.Today, Schmidt announces that he is appealing and challenging constitutionally and jurisdictionally the validity of section 18 of the Health Protection and Promotion Act, R.S. O. 1990, Section 15 of the Milk Act R.S. O. 1990, and under Section 36.1 of the Provincial Offences Act R.S.O. 1990 Chapter P.33 will be challenging the validity of the private information laid by the Ministry of Natural Resources in the criminal summary provincial offenses court. Schmidt has consistently asserted that his raw milk is far safer for human consumption than the commercially distributed pasteurized milk. No government official has ever proven that Schmidt's milk is harmful, dangerous or has ever caused health concerns. In addition, Schmidt will be working closely with Randy Hillier, MPP for Lenox Addington to introduce a private member's bill called "The Farmer's Sovereign Rights Bill of Ontario". This bill will authorize small family farms to manufacture, distribute and sell their own products directly to the consumer, whether on the farm or off the farm without the need for licensing under any existing or proposed Ontario legislation. Schmidt will also be active in attempting to lay criminal charges of conspiracy as per Section 465 of the Criminal Code that prohibits a conspiracy to convict someone of a non-constitutionall y valid offense.Schmidt will also be initiating a civil suit against the ring leaders of the various government agencies for the damages that have resulted in this malicious and unfounded violation of his fundamental, God given, spiritual and human rights as detailed in the 1948 United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights since the early 1990's. [read more]July 27, 2003 - Chris Gupta Readers' Comments Would society let him ride a motorcycle without a helmet or snort cocaine just because he disagreed with society's laws? If Schmidt wants to change the law, he should do it legally and not put people at risk. Raw milk might be safe 95 of the time, including on Schmidt's farm. That's not good enough. Raw milk can carry killers such as ecoli and listeria. This is not a matter of personal choice since pathogens that can be present in any raw milk cause transmissible diseases. He is putting all our children at risk by breaking the law. This is about making money. Schmidt feigns altruism but he is easily grossing more than $500,000 in milk sales at $3 per litre to his devout followers. Does he declare this cash income and pay taxes? He has publicly admitted that he does not. Schmidt thinks he is above the law and seems to believe he is right and that society and science are wrong. Response: Obviously this writer either has not studied the issue or is an industry plant. Proportionally far more die from immune deficient pasteurized milk than raw milk as indicated in the link on this post! Wish he was as critical of the industry that clearly prefers to sell us pasteurized pus, feces, etc. infested milk rather than give us wholesome food that we are fighting for. Surely those who buy clean raw milk are not stupid and don't want to drink substandard infected milk. We certainly don't need self serving laws that protect the industry under the pretense of protecting us. Chris Gupta Posted by: George on December 20, 2008 05:39 PM I grew up on a farm back in european country and we aet and used to sell dairy products from our small farm. All of it raw, and never ever anyone claim to be sick from it. So the above comment is wrong and disgusting. Posted by: dana on January 18, 2009 05:32 PM I also grew up on a farm drank the milk straight from the separator before it went to the pigs, brilliant. The house milk was full creamy & unpasteurized and no one got ill from it, diabetes wasn't a [problem etc. Today in Nz the milk is just colored water. one huge corporation acting only in the interests of shareholders. whats new Posted by: Hamish on January 27, 2009 10:21 PM Ask a question on any topic and get answers from real people.
