Dietary Recommendations " originally published in the 1980s. The booklet

provides a generalized template of his macrobiotic dietary and lifestyle

recommendations that he further tailored when counseling individuals with

specific issues. This booklet can provide you with a general outline of

Michio's macrobiotic approach. If you are suffering from any serious

illness, it is recommended that you consult your physician as well as see a
