Guest guest
I have a client whose 2 year old son has severe eczema over most of his body. His doctor says wrap him up in soaked gauze to hydrate to skin. They recommended they let him sleep like that! Can you imagine? I'm thinking the eczema homeopathic and aloe topically. Maybe lavender EO, also. Kathy
Guest guest
Hi - My daughter suffered from Excema for many years. After we tried all the conventional treatments including topical steroids we turned to homeopathy. I did homeopathy which worked upto a point. Her itching reduced and redness reduced. But never went away completely. Then I met a naturopath who recommended changing her diet. Even though she tested negetive for dairy and wheat allergies, we stopped all dairy and wheat for a while. I did give her spelt and other grains with gluten, but no wheat. We also included mainly whole grains, lots of raw fruits and vegetables in her diet. And eliminated most processed foods, no refined sugar (only natural sweeteners like honey and maple) and no refined flours. Added more organic foods to her diet. This helped a lot. Her excema has almost entirely gone. For the itching we used to give her a luke warm water bath before she sleeps either with chamomile or colloidal oatmeal. This calmed her down and she had a better night sleep. For topical application we used coconut oil. Hope this helps. Goodluck! On Thu, Mar 5, 2009 at 6:13 AM, pattenspa <pattenspa wrote: I have a client whose 2 year old son has severe eczema over most of his body. Guest guest
Skin problems are usually from liver toxicity and/or fatty acid and vitamin A deficiency. Try an homepathic for liver detox them use a large dose of vitamin A. The Peace Corps had successfully been using a 2 million IU dose of vitamin A once a year for any and all people of third world countries of Africa and Asia. They did this for about forty years. They continue this practice but now use 400,000 IU twice a year. Getting enough sun will suffice for the vitamin D needs of a young child. For more info look up Atopic Eczema or I can download info for you on this subject from my files--- On Thu, 3/5/09, pattenspa <pattenspa wrote: pattenspa <pattenspa 2 yr. old Eczema-full body Date: Thursday, March 5, 2009, 9:13 AM I have a client whose 2 year old son has severe eczema over most of hisbody. Guest guest
What are they feeding that poor little boy?! The skin is a reflection of your internal organs and how healthy or unhealthy they are. The skin is the mirror of what's happening in the deeper layers of the body. If your detoxification organs (intestine, liver, kidney) are doing their job and not being overburdened (congested), then the skin will feel soft, and look beautiful. The skin is your largest elimination organ and it'll take over the burden of elimination when your detoxification organs are not doing their job - specifically the intestine and liver. , " pattenspa " <pattenspa wrote: > > I have a client whose 2 year old son has severe eczema over most of his > body.
