Thank you everyone for your response to my husbands problem. I will try to get him to take the suggestions.--- On Sat, 2/14/09, Bea Bernhausen <beabernhausen wrote:

Aspirin thins the blood---hence the nosebleed. Is he taking other blood thinning herbs? For instance I couldn't believe how a teeny cut wouldn't stop bleeding after I took ginko biloba. There are others as well. Aspirin did start out being White Willow in the beginning--and still uses the same molecular--- albeit chemical formulation. I trust it much more than Tylenol--which is what they push on you...which kills the liver--as do most of the other headache remedies.--- On Sat, 2/14/09, edefreedom1945 <edefreedom1945@ wightman. ca> wrote:

He does not take anyprescription drugs, but he does take herbs on occassion like sawpalmetto. He is 65 and otherwise in good health. Any suggestions?============ ========= ========= ========= =======Instead of taking aspirin, take vitamin C 1000mg this helps thebody rid itself of toxins which is what a head ache is. If he can bepersuaded to take things to help his body to become healthy he willnot need aspirins or any other such thing that does nothing to heal just cover up. Edith
