Hi,

Do some of you know an antidote after accidental MSG or aspartame

ingestion?

I avoid both religiously but it still happens from time to time.

I seem to be a lot less sensitive since I have been taking P5P (active

form of B6) but my neck and head still get tender.

Many thanks in advance!

Yannic

Magnesium helps to offset the negative effects of MSG . I have also

heard that B12 does the same the thing.

You can do the cilantro drink - write me for recipe. Also, spirulina

or blue green algae and Fortune Delight from sunrider.
