Worm alert just FYI - Conficker worm

Got this today, and its a good reminder. Avast! rocks. I

have it,and it works great. Remeber, you spyware is only as good as it

current. And, don't forget backups! (need to do one myself...)

Just wanted to post a heads up

to all my friends on the computer. Since you all are online it a good

time to update your anti-virus & spyware programs and run them. It's

not really new it's been around for a weeks but things are getting worse.

It goes by 2 names Downadup or

Conficker

If you would like to know what I
