Guest guest Posted January 26, 2009 Report Share Posted January 26, 2009 President Obama on Monday will direct federal regulators to> move swiftly to grant California and 13 other states the> right to set strict automobile emissions and fuel efficiency> standards, two administration officials said Sunday evening This might be good over the long haul, what is bothering me is, how many people are living in cars???? Right at this time any restrictions at all could be a very serious hardship. I wish that we were going to put up shelter for people and families. which could be mobile home parks, any ways we look at it, this could be fast housing, warm and it would get people by, safely. The mobile homes could be a 28 or 32 ft model maybe. People who have nothing at this point in their lives but an automobile. I have heard our economy is this bad. People out in the cold is a worry for their safety and well being. Yes, I was surprised to hear this on the other hand we might as well all face i t, it could be us n4ext, all we need to do is lose our jobs, and the were outsourced quite a few years ago, things have just gotten worse. sharon From Wall Street to Main Street and everywhere in between, stay up-to-date with the latest news.
