Nine scientists with varied backgrounds will give their objective and independent input to this project which focuses on particles removed directly from the skin of individuals identified as having symptoms of Morgellons disease. This research is supported by a grant from the Morgellons Research Foundation. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is sending a letter to all state medical associations with information about their activities related to Morgellons disease, also referred to as Unexplained Dermopathy.
