spiritual cleansing info needed

Hi. I've been a member for months and haven't yet introduced myself,

but if I can help I will share how I cleanse negative energies.

 

I also smudge (smudge stick or in a bowl works fine). But I first pray

or meditate (to each his/her own), and then imagine a giant bubble of

peace and protection surrounding me. I smudge everywhere, including

the soles of my feet. I then move from room to room, thinking nothing

but positive thoughts. Praying or chanting the entire time is useful

to keep you centered. Smudge an entire room, including all around

doorways and windows.

 

We also keep small bundles of sage and sweetgrass above our doorways

all the time.
