I know what you are talking of! Please get some incense and light it up and also chant Sai Ram, close the windows and doors, let the smoke of the incense build up and once it builds up, open the windows or use some exhaust system to clear the air. Keep chanting Sai Ram in each room and light some camphor in each room. Do this periodically and keep photos of Sai Baba in every room. Sai Ram. I think it is clearing (for the past few minutes I was struggling with bouts of yawning indicating the strong negativity and its draining of my energy) at the aura level but you would need to do what I wrote above to clear the negativity at the physical level. You may apply Sai Baba's udhi (Sacred ash) to your body to protect you and cleanse your aura). You can usually find them in your local health food stores like Whole Foods. Place the sea salt in the bottom of the bowl.2. Make an indentation in the middle of the sea salt with your finger.3. Pour the alcohol inside the indentation 4. Get ready to ask (and thank) your Guides to please escort everything/everyone who is not Divine out of the premises as you light the alcohol.5. Light the alcohol and make the request (you will create a small blue flame).6. Walk the bowl around your house or apt (I use a pot-holder or towel because the bowl can get hot).7.
